Who is responsible for your data

Angely Rodríguez, owner of angelyrimage.com. For anything concerning your data, including deletion, write to hola@angelyrimage.com and you will get a reply.

What is collected and when

Face diagnosis. You enter with no sign-up and no data. Name and email are asked only at the end, when you download the workbook. The answers you write inside the workbook are stored in your own browser so you do not lose your work, they are never sent to any server, and they are deleted once you download the PDF.

If at that point we recognise the face shape you wrote, it is stored alongside your email. It is used to send you the guide that matches you rather than a generic catalogue.

Visual Diagnosis. Name and email, needed to send you the access link. The PDF you generate is stored against your link so you can retrieve it.

Contact form. Name, email, subject and message, used only to reply to you.

Availability notices. Email and, if you give it, name, to let you know when what you asked for is published.

Technical data. The server logs the IP address of requests to limit abuse, for instance to stop someone submitting hundreds of forms in a row.

What it is used for and on what legal basis

Delivering what you asked for, whether that is the diagnosis, the guide or a reply. The basis is performing what you requested and your own consent in submitting the form (GDPR Article 6.1.a and 6.1.b).

Sending you later commercial communications, such as new guides, content or launches. This only happens if you actively tick the relevant box, which is never pre-ticked and is kept separate from everything else (GDPR Article 6.1.a and Article 21 of the Spanish LSSI).

Protecting the site from abuse by limiting requests per IP address. The basis is the legitimate interest in keeping the service running (GDPR Article 6.1.f).

If you did not tick the communications box, you will receive the email with what you asked for and nothing else.

Commercial communications and how to stop them

No marketing is sent to anyone who has not expressly authorised it. Authorisation is given through a separate box, unticked by default, which you can leave blank without it preventing any download.

Every commercial email identifies itself as such, states who sends it and includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe by writing to hola@angelyrimage.com, and it takes effect immediately and free of charge.

Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

Who else processes your data

Supabase, database and file storage. This is where your name and email live. supabase.com/privacy

Upstash, temporarily stores IP addresses for abuse control. upstash.com/trust/privacy.pdf

None of them uses your data for their own purposes: they process it on instruction.

How long it is kept

While you remain subscribed and for up to two years after your last interaction, at which point it is deleted if there has been no activity.

If you ask to unsubscribe or to be deleted, your data is removed within thirty days at most, except anything that must be kept by law, such as invoices where purchases exist.

Contact form messages are kept for one year from the reply.

Visit analytics

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which measures page views without cookies and without building a profile of whoever is browsing. It does not identify individuals or follow you across other sites.

No advertising cookies, no social media pixels, no cross-site tracking tools are used.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction, its deletion, a restriction on its processing, its portability to another service, and you can object to it being processed. All of it by writing to hola@angelyrimage.com.

You do not need to give a reason and there is no cost. A reply arrives within one month at most.

If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.

Changes to this policy

If anything relevant changes, the date in the header is updated. If the change affects how already-collected data is used, notice is given by email before it takes effect.
